Master's Degree in Data Science

On July 9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, the OpenAI × CampanIA Challenge will take place at the Monte Sant'Angelo University Campus (Aula Rossa) as part of the OpenAI Italy Tour 2026.

The event will bring together the eight universities of the Campania region, OpenAI, and the ICT Commission of CRUI, creating a unique opportunity for collaboration and innovation in Artificial Intelligence.

Open to faculty members, researchers, PhD students, and university staff, the program will feature:

  • A hands-on masterclass on OpenAI Codex, open to all participants.
  • The OpenAI × CampanIA Challenge, where interdisciplinary teams of PhD students and researchers from different universities will compete across four domains:
    • Humanities & Social Sciences
    • STEM
    • Health
    • Economics & Law

The event will conclude with team pitches presented to a jury composed of the ICT Delegates of the participating universities, representatives from OpenAI Italy, and chaired by the Coordinator of the CRUI ICT Commission.

This initiative offers an excellent opportunity to explore the latest advances in Generative AI, collaborate across disciplines, and engage with researchers and AI experts from academia and industry.
