Marcello Savarese is a former obtained is master and PhD at Federico II,and currently he is Chief Data Officer of WINDTRE. He is among the Top 100 Data Global Visionaries 2020 according to HotTopics and Truata, he has always been involved in Italian universities to the training of students. After 20 years of experience in major consulting firm, where he assisted several companies in their digital transformation from a "data driven company" perspective, he joined WINDTRE as chief data officer to lead the definition and implementation of big data & analytics needs. He is speaker, author and Adjunct Professor in several Academies (at present at the LUISS University).
Francesco Tagliaverga – is the Head of Data Governance, Engineering and Automation specialized in building high performance data pipelines and ingestion protocols. Quoting: ''...I always liked fixing things and puts things in the right place in the most efficient way (actually I also like video games). That's probably why I choose a career in the “Data” world. Starting from consulting firms I helped companies build their Data Driven transformation in the Banking and Insurance market
Francesco Fabbri Leads the Data Science & Artificial Intelligence team in Wind Tre, with the primary objective to capture value by translating business opportunities and pain points in Machine Learning, simulation and optimization algorithms. With more than five years experience in primary consulting firms, he led strategic advisory and implementation engagements with focus on business and technology transformation on Big Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning across international clients. He’s passionate about data-driven innovation, large scale Machine Learning automation, AI explainability and agile way-of-working applied to Data Science.
Erica Bertone is s a Senior Data Scientist at Windtre since 2018, where she is responsible for several data use cases aimed at optimizing Customer Value Management Offers with Machine Learning methods. Before joining WindTre she worked as Data Scientist Consultant and researcher. During her studies in 2016 she co-founded the first Italian Data For Good non-profit organization. She holds a M.Sc. in Statistics and she is currently an MBA Candidate.
Amida Kudasheva works as a Data Engineer at WINDTRE, she received her master's degree in Data Science and Business Informatics from the University of Pisa. As a data engineer she develops custom data pipelines based on business logic as well as applications necessary for ETL processes, communication and reporting between different units of the organization.
